Seems there is a js error which interrupts our plugin's functionality. Could you please enable FireBug console and check if there are any errors. Also, if you are using the External NoFollow plugin, please deactivate it to make sure that it does not cause this error.

Finally, try to deactivate all third-party plugins one-by-one to detect which of them causes this problem.
