First tab should have a frequent/recent emoji used. And if possible add an option to clear it.

I like that idea too :)
Another issue i'm having which would be lovely if it were fixed is:
In the My Dashboard page, the smileys seem to be hidden from the top console area (see attached). Is there any way of making the window show up a bit lower, or underneath the button instead of on top for the newsfeed to prevent this from happening?

Thank you for your feedback, could you please tell me which theme are you using?
This is a css problem, so maybe the theme that you are using is changing some css values that are hiding the emojis picker.

Oh ok. That didn't cross my mind. =\
I'm using the 'Intensity' theme (https://developers.oxwall.com/store/item/1272).
I can send it to you if that helps, or just give you access to my site to have a look.
