Have you configured SSL for your website?

Does your website platform is up to date?

Did you configure the webcamera and microphone correctly?

Do you mean that the website stopped working after you performed the update? Pat, sorry, but it's very difficult to understand what the problem is.

First you've reported the issue with the Video IM plugin, but did not provide details of the problem. Now, you reported that the website does not work at all. But as we can see the https://www.dating1by1.com/ website opens just fine.
