Hi, I just recently logged in to my account via Facebook like I always have done. This time it made me a brand new account.

My old username was DesignOX and it seems like that account is removed.

Yes, I have been inactive a few months, but I'm not sure if that got any connection with my account being gone.

I had a lot of purchases on that account and it would be a shame if it can't be retrieved. I have also tried contacting support.

Some others had the same issue with Facebook login. I think it had something to do with having to reset the password. There were a few posts about it. I am trying to find one.
