Page shows below error , how i can fix it :

From your post; Have you set the time settings in the admin panel "admin / settings / general settings in the "Time Settings" section?

This is about all I can think of. Maybe someone else can jump in, if they have experienced the same thing before.

unfortunately it didnt help

mysql server was off , i turned it on but i see below error message :

I don't use cloud storage, but did you see this? Maybe it will help. It may end up being something for Ross to look at when he gets back Monday.

What did you do before this issue started to occur? anything with cloudflare account and gifts plugin?

I really dont know what happened with account

i asked hosting and they say :

I do not think so that this issue is related to our changes, because we did not changed anything to your websites. You can try ask your web developer

I did nothing

but my virtualmin couldn't create new virtual server , i told my hosting to fix that issue ago

I see below tables in phpmyadmin

ow_virtualgifts_category

ow_virtualgifts_template

ow_virtualgifts_user_gift

But i dont know which one should be inactive and how because there is not any buttom for disabling them

I renamed them in phpmyadmin , so they should be disable

No need to rename any tables, revert the changes you did.

Go to ow_base_plugin table -> located virtual gifts row in there, in the column isActive put "0" instead of "1" that disables the plugin via admin panel.

ow_user_cloudfiles was true from unknown reasons , I changed it to false and problem gone
