Is this the first time you have installed Oxwall using Virtualmin? It may be an issue with server permissions of Virtualmin. I had issues with my Webmin/Virtual min as well with some scripts, i did not try Oxwall though. I went back to using cpanel.

No Dave he enabled RacketSpace but did not provide access details for it which is why he had such errors.
