We need UX engineer, Project managers, Team Leaders, Designers, PHP/JS/SQL engineers, Community managers, Language Teams, Quality Team, Volunteer Testers, Plugin Managers, Theme Managers, Store moderators, Hosting managers. Do we have such? You have labels Mod, Leader, Top 1, etc... Where are UX, Des, etc? You have the commercial side of Oxwall, but I see that there is no any order here, so how can I decide to use Your payed membership? Right now I would like to hire some UX designer, 2x Community managers, bunch of free testers, Polish and Russian language team and Administrator. How can I choose ones and believe some people on the other end of the world, if I see passive community team of Dave, Den, Ross and few others? Do we need PMs and good Leaders?

I don't say that Dave, Den, Ross are passive. I mean that only this guys are here fighting with amateur questions in all the topics! It's an amateur level, we need to train people to be pro's and purchase cool stuff from the store and Community/UX managers service from oxwall!

We have to explain what to buy, what to do; what is useful and what is useless; how to create free community and the payed one; how to get money-back from payed community and what is the money-back time. And a lot, a lot of other USEFUL topics!

Example:
1. Do we need to build the site first? NO! We need to collect community in social networks and when it grows up to 100-500 users - start building SIMPLE site with MINIMUM USEFUL functionality for your community needs
2. Do we need to monetize site in the first 3-6 months? NO! We will loose all the users or half of them!
3. How can we monetize our community? Buy THIS plugin (explain for which comunity topics it's useful) and get money-back in [time] days
4. What to do when Your community is 1000? You have to find some pro community manager to help You. On this stage You need to be self-monetized. We recommend to use our service of pro managers. Their day-to-day work You can see here - [link] and their progress graphics here - [LINK].
etc...
etc...
etc...
By the way if you need more advice and ideas, you can ask me any time!

Yevhen, you need to ask them about their projects. We do not have such information.

https://redencortos.com/ - community?
http://bonnieandclit.com/ - no activity
http://positiv-treff.de/index - more or less has activity
https://www.zonevit.com - community?
https://www.bundesverband-smart-city.de/- small user activity and not so many users...

I don't wanna make some bad decisions without full info. Is that all or they have more communities online? Some with good success?

Hi Ross,

I do agree with Yevhen +1
And on that note....How does one get to have he site on https://www.oxwall.com/examples ?

My site is http://www.myvirgo.info and i'd say there's a lot of activity and a lot of creativity on it of which can be used to showcase what you can do with Oxwall Software.
