First things first, on behalf of the entire development team we would like to thank you for choosing Oxwall. This gives us extra incentive to work hard on the project and further improve our product.
Oxwall Foundation is a non-profit organization, which means our team does not get any money for the effort. Oxwall is purely a passion project, developed in our spare time. This is why we cannot always timely respond to all incoming inquiries, even with the help of active Community Members and Leaders. Please have some patience; we do our best to get back to you within three working days.
If you feel ignored on the forum, or received a response that only didn't make things clear, it’s possible you’ve encountered one of the following cases:
1. The Question Has Been Already Answered
Make sure your issue hasn’t been reported and discussed in a ton of other forum topics before. Use the Forum Search first.
2. The Question Needs More Clarity
If your question looks like this - “Nothing works please help,” chances are no one will come to the rescue. Add more details if you want a proper answer, and don’t forget to include the following:
- Specific error message
- Your actions immediately prior to the appearance of the problem
- Screenshot
Simple things like these will raise the chance of a timely and informative response hundredfold!
3. The Question Seems Too Complicated
That is also a possibility. Perhaps, you asked something that forum dwellers simply need more time to get the proper answer to, or are simply too busy to deal with at the moment. Just have some patience.
