I have the best video uploader so far but im not aware of one that will support all cell phones.  The reason i didnt support phones on my plugin is because most phones use quicktime which is fine my plugin should support that. However when you get into iphones and such there are other special codes involved and there are too many variations for me to keep up with.  Its dif from iphone 4 to 5 to 6 to 6+ or whatever they call it.  It is totally unstandardized and i didnt want to worry about all that. 

Sorry, if they had made it easier for developers i would probably do it.  But not as it is.  It should support quicktime but thats as far as ill go with it.
