I lost the nice Bold Italics etc menus on the blog plugin after the recent upgrade.

I have the same issue as above. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the blogs plugin but still formatting icons do not appear.
I believe the same problem occurred in Forums, when forum topic was initially created. But during editing of the same content, the formatting icons reappeared.
