i understand this is a free program but support is limited i work with people day in day out and at the top of there list is customer support/services . i posted a question weeks ago and have no answer thou 29 people have viewed it.

Support at forums is very limited. There are many questions that I have posted few months ago and still unanswered.

As it is an Open Source, support is limited but it's still present. Usually, if you'll provide specific error message including whole details, then community replies shortly.
