Greeting all, can anyone please help in how I can customize Graphite theme like the OXWALL (attached snap shot) header adn image underneath the menue.

Hey, do you just want to put an image at the top of the page?
If so just click 'customise page' then drag a new 'custom text/html' box to where you want the image to be, click the cog button to edit it and type in
<img src="www.linktoyourimage.com/image.jpg ; />
click save :) if you want it centered, put <center> before that, and </center> after it.
