Thanks for the update.  You might want to think about changing hosts if they are that restrictive, i have never heard of any host being that restrictive.  

This means that when you update Oxwall you will need to download and run the manual update.  This also means that you will have to manually update plugins with new files and also change the DB plugin version yourself as well as other manual tasks just to update a plugin. Its a total pain!

your welcome :)   If it helps you namecheap hosting i believe has a $10 for the first year plan, then it goes up from there, but you can atleast get the first 12months for $10  

The downside is that you have to set your cron to 15min not 1min.. they dont allow 1 min crons so this would affect your users and site preformance.
