I haven't logged on in a while and I can't remember my admin login. Is there any way to figure this out without knowing which email I used?

To see what your email was you can got to phpmyadmin / ow_base_user. All of the users are listed there.

Is that in my files in my host database?

ok I figured out where phpmyadmin is. but I don't see a ow_base_user in there
