Problem: Inactive Plugin for Events - CKEditor | Forum

I have a problem because the plugin is not visible for events. So that's for me the most important and the origin of my purchase. How to validate or not the plugin for every part of oxwall. I want to disable it for the forum because impossible to publish a video while the original one can do the job. And how to activate it for events, the most important?
