There is a new item in the privacy settings:
instantnotifypopup+email_notifications_setting_comment
But no entry for it in the language settings.

I was working on adding a new feature, but right now it does nothing, I just uploaded a new update to fix this and remove this label, please update your plugin to remove this option.
