Don't know of any, but you can try contacting this dev. He has a couple of plugins in the store the sort the users, but this isn't one of the sorts.

Hi Stan, my memberx can sort by newest member, and can show a "New" label on the avatar.

This plugin is 100% compatible with skadate and oxwall. anything is configurable (avatar size, button size, button color, what buttons to show, background colors, you can even choose what information of the user to show below the avatars )
and it is 100% compatible with mobile version
