On Paypal, I found following blog info:
===== No, those specific variables ("p3", "t3" "src" and "sra") will only work with the "_xclick-subscriptions" command.

The "_xclick" command is used with Buy Now item button coding.

There are specific variables and commands that will only work with each other.====

since this is not a buy now, is there an error in the coding from your side?

I have further researched and lit looks I can not do more than 90 days for recurring fees. In that case, it seems to go further and solve the problem. Defenitely, I hope that skalfa is changing this more likely to months, or add the option to choose months, as I would like min. 6 months with the option to have 12 months signups.

This is from another person who tried it and from whom I learned the trick with the 90 days, hopefully this helps to improve this plugin:
=====
I had the same error. I found information that helped me understand the problem and what to do about it.

Using days for the unit of time is awkward for the subscription.

A3 = Price
P3 = Subscription Duration
T3 = Subscription Duration Units

If you want to use recurring payments with days as the duration unit, then the maximum that will work with paypal is 90 days.

If you want a recurring annual subscription, then the unit of measure needs to be months or years.

So for my site, an annual payment of $19.95 for 365 days worked, but if I made it recurring you get the error message above. If I want it to be recurring, I'll have to invoice it manually.

I also added a 90 day recurring subscription for $5.95. So for those who choose that, then payments will be made till they stop them.

I need to decide if I am going to offer both options or restrict it to a 90 day recurring payment only.

I would like to see an monthly or annual option in addition to or instead of days.

I am glad to have the script, except for this one thing, it seems to work well.

Thank you Rogier for detailed explanation.
This will be fixed: if a period is more then 90 days, system will convert it to months.

Is there any way that I would be able to change the billing to a monthly withdrawal? I'm building a membership site based on a monthly subscription fee.

Is this possible with this plugin?

@Pete
Yes, it's possible. You can set period for every membership you created.

@jeo
It should be done by Arrow chat team.

@Stagebook

You should change in main site settings: Admin Panel->Settings->Main Settings
Search for Currency.

When clicking on the "Checkout" button from the subscription form I'm getting this message:

"The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again."

What must I do to fix this?

@Peter

Did you put your actual PayPal email in Paypal plugin settings?

THIS PLUGIN DOES NOT WORK. IS A SCAM. I START PAYPAL CLAIM. I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK.

@TeleChulo

Actually it works fine. And we didn't receive any complaints about it. Would you create a separate topic or send me PM directly including all details about your issue?

Thanks.

Hey Dantes,

Membership was ispecially created to grant user roles automatically after payment was done.
But you could give it manually using Oxwall native tools:
- go to profile view page;
- click "Change Role";
- select another user role;

Note that if you give role in that way, then you will have to remove it manually too. No expiration date and etc.

no use that way :(
you must think in manual option to do that.. the expiration date is very usefull BUT i need it manually :(

Actually, there is no such option. If there will be a reasonable demand, then it will be added with update.
