After I changed the email of Admin my OXWALL shows the page of "Enter Password | Sorry, site is closed for public view" with a password textbox and no matter what I do it won't resume. How can I make it working again? Or I need to re-install? I just spent a whole day to set up the forum groups.

Have you already tried this link: http://www.yourDomain.com/sign-in
This will render your site inaccessible and show everyone maintenance message.
You will still be able to sign in as admin here: http://www.yourDomain.com/sign-in
