Can anyone tell me why the plugin I purchased is coming with an invalid license key?

I found out what the problem was. I downloaded plugins I paid for and when I tried to install them, it asked for the license key. When I put it in, it came back and said INVALID LICENSE KEY. The not so considerate people at Oxwall don't seem to inform people that you have to reset your ip in order for the license key to work.
