How to install Oxwall on Arvixe hosting? | Forum

Hi there,In which folder of my website shall I copy Oxwall files to be able to install it? I'm using Arvixe web hosting but am not able to install Oxwall. I'm pretty beginner with PHP and web development though. So if you have an installation guide it will be great.Thanks for your help

Guys, just found the installation guide. Pretty easy, just having some problem with the cron job.In Arvixe, there is a feature to add cron job from the cPanel. Can I use that?

I have moved my install from one server to another. exported and imported sql but cannot see any of the content, members, groups. etc. what am I doing wrong?

Yes i did a new install and then uploaded the sql backup. I also had the install on the old install on the other server as www.mysite.xxx/owsocial the new install is www.owsocial.xxx

Ok I am an idiot. Needed to truncate all tables before uploading sql backup. Problem solved.
