First, check that these folders has 777 recursive permissions:

- ow_userfiles/

- ow_pluginsfiles/

- ow_static/

then, try to reinstall the photo plugin again.

Yes I did change .htaccess. problematic because installation. Would you do the installation for me?

This might happen if the .htaccess has been modified with other non-default...

Try reuploading the default .htaccess file and check if the issue persists.

Thanks for your reply, but I found the problem it was the .htaccess file in ow_userfiles and changed Options All -Indexes to Options -Indexes and it work fine now.
