The plunig is invalid does not show it anywherePlease let's communicate with private messages and don't post the messages here too. I'll wrote you to give me a link to your community site and I check whats wrong, and fix it, if it doesn't work.
If we really can't get it to work, I'll give you a refund.
I've tested the plugin on different oxwall installations and it works at mine.
What Oxwall version do you use?
