does somebody has a complete payment solution for credit cards?

i have only the bank account of my company and i search for :

1) an online merchant service (like paypal but for credit cards) to work with oxwall

2) a plugin that i need to install in oxwall so that I will accept payments..

Is there something??

Also another question... Does anyone has implement PaySafe card? Is there a plugin for this?
