I installed oxford version 1.8.3 through godaddy hosting. But when I try to install available plugin, the page shows a 500 Internal error, then I refresh it and it says, 

"OW Debug - Exception Message: Invalid plugin key - `blogs` provided for install! File: /home/joshmrush08/public_html/ow_system_plugins/base/bol/plugin_service.php"

I've tried installing every single plugin available but none have worked. Also it won't let me update to version 1.8.4, the page just goes blank. I've attached a screenshot showing what happens
