See if this post helps. There are others related to file / folder permissions, and mod security, and cloudflare issues, if you use cloudflare. I know of a couple of things to not have activated when using cloudflare from other users on the forum. Rocket Loader, and minify js are two that can cause issues. I'm guessing that you have already confirmed server requirements.

I solved this problem with the Nginx configuration file.

Add the following codes into your-extra.conf
