It is possible if you know your way around coding. However, with the update I am working on, it will be possible to have a drag and drop widget for both dashboard and main page.

I will definitely buy this plugin to replace my shoutbox plugin.. I hope you can also add the free oxwall smiley plugin to work with your plugin.. Any plan date of your release?
