We are suddenly having the following issue reported by our members:

"every day I have had to reset my password, same password, but everyday I have to have a link sent to reset"

It's not happening consistently for all members, but sporadically. What could be causing this errror? One user is experiencing this daily and takes her three tries to log in to our site.

Please help...
