Yes. PayPal is the only option as of now in the store.

Paypal has been already integrated into Oxwall store. But you are free to use any other payment options manually. In this case, you should describe how payment should be done in item's settings. 

Egypt isn't supported country from paypal what other methods can i pay, i can.t buy any plugins by stupid paypal, can i buy via Liberty Reserve 

Indian users also can not use paypal for paying in the store.

simple talk to the supplier of the plugin and ask them for an alternative payment method and then they can grant you the plugin

no suppliers accebt any other payment method , no way to buy these plugins
