I have a member who complains that when she has received a few messages from other members that she can't see because of a "Limited Permissions" error.

Attached is a screenshot.

We're using Oxwall 1.8.4 with Venus Responsive Theme.  The member uses both Firefox and Chrome and gets the same error.  I haven't received any other complaints nor been able to duplicate the error.

Has anyone experienced this before, or have any ideas to deal with the issue?
