Hello! I have the Revolution Responsive theme...and I'm having the worst time with it getting this error page. When anyone puts a link (from a news site) or accidentally puts the embed code for a youtube video....my site shuts down and I get this page. And then I cannot use the site and I have to go to a backup and restore it. Its horrible. I even had a webmaster try to find the "offending (url) link" from the new york times, but it also happened with putting embed code from youtube (not supposed to go there) into the comments box...here is what the comments box looks like (similar to fb) and accidents will happen like putting embed code from youtube, but each time a link (which looks normal and is normal) sets it off and then I'm in the internal server error - down - until I do a restore. I have lost a ton of info...and members this way.

I have purchased 2 themes in 5 days from Oxwall -- and both have the same issue!!!! PHP 500 error when posting urls into comment boxes on both the Revolution Responsive theme and the Facebook Responsive themes....I have asked fastcomet about it and here is what they say....as my site has been down 3x in 3 days from the SAME ERROR and people on a social media site NEED to post URLS!!!!! Here is what fastcomet told me: It looks to be that the issue being is largely due to the fact that each time the Authorisation Que is processed when accessing the Main Section of your website, there is a custom PHP HTTP error for your application being displayed. We say custom because it belongs to the default configuration of your application. The original error is 404 (Not Found), which explains why were were unable to replicate it via any error_logs. At this point in time we have traced the query execution as it looks to be failing when being unable to find or load said content through the MAIN Section of your website.
This is largely due to either the content configuration being improper setup or the fact that the table that holds said content in your database is not able to process said query. In both instances you will need to contact a certified web developer to review the matter further and make the necessary link changes between the database and your application so to resolve this issue indefinitely and prevent if from ever occurring.

NOW I need to get a Web Developer to fix what should be working!!!!! And how come no one answers these questions! I posted my first one 3 days ago!

Please enable debug mode and take a screenshot so we can tell where the problem is actually coming from.

I don't know how to do that... :( but here is what the fastcomet people told me as much as they could tell me: I have checked the application error log and noticed the following entries:

As far as, I can see the messages are referring to a database query and issue with the same."
It has happened when I post an url into the Main or Dashboard area of User comment box...not all the time just about a 3 times - enough to get the php 500 error...here is the screen captures of the code and what is affected recently...but I've gotten these 2x before...one other time posting a url with news from the New York Time and another from posting a youtube video....and now again by posting an article from an news url.
The whole website doenst' go down just he menu page (like in this case the MAIN page) goes down...I guess it depends on where you are posting it. The previous error took the Dashboard and the Main page down on the member side.

1. Goto to cPanel >> File Manager >> Navigate and edit /ow_includes/config.php
2. On the line 47, replace define('OW_DEBUG_MODE', false); with define('OW_DEBUG_MODE', true); and save.
3. Reproduce the error again and post a screenshot.

Thanks for responding Ebenezer...but in my cpanel (I'm a novice at all of this) I don't see a Navigate section in my file manager...are you familiar the fastcomet cpanel? Also in #2 you have "on line 47, replace define('OW_DEBUG_MODE', true); with define('OW_DEBUG_MODE', true) <------ they both say the same thing...nothing is changed in the code. Is that your intention?
Thank you for your assistance because its only a matter of time before I get the php500 error when someone copys a new url into a comment box. :(

I am familiar with fastcomet cPanel. Launch the "File Manager" and go to www/your_oxwall_installation_path/ow_includes/ then, edit config.php file.
