I think this may be the USER ID being added to the name, directly after the tag. Please, fix this, or provide a fix for the code I can do myself.

if you have mentions plugin activated this pattern is replaced to username with link to user profile

other 3rd party plugin which you using messing with my plugin, please deactivate tags plugin in newsfeed, because i think this plugin will messing in my plugin, if you detect which plugin creates problem, the i try do integration on next version

Update to new version, and now when you using mention, you don't give my plugin pattern, when you have activated trend plugin
