If any devs are looking for a plug in idea, here is one that I will buy at least. :)
Basically, a widget on profile pages which allows members to add an embed link from youtube, to show a youtube video on their profile.
Possibly.. they could have the option to auto-play video or not
they could also have the option of adding a full playlist of theirs. (i dont know what the youtube api allows you to do).
This sounds like it could be what your looking for but its reviews don't look good and I dont know if the developer is still active.
Maybe someone could update it for you via a private agreement.
Or you could allow users to customise their own profile pages (there is a setting in the admin section). This would allow them to add their own eidgets to their progiles that they can add their own html codes into. Works well with you tube.
