captcha problem | Forum

having a really hard time having my captcha...tried to look in the forum and read and read and can't find the problem...hopefully someone can help me as i went to my php_error log in cpanel and found this--------

does anyone encountered such problem in the past and found a solution or if it's even the cause for my captcha to not appearing?

running with php 5.6.30

mod security is off

any help would be appreciated

Maybe someone will have some info on this. Have you seen this post on troubleshooting captcha?

Hello, yes I did and followed the steps but it still is not working.

Hi Nicole!


I know you said you have php 5.6, but for some reason I think you have php 7.


Please double check that your website is running on php 5.6, also check your host meets all the requirements, look at the right side of this page: http://www.oxwall.org/hosting


Almost all problems with oxwall are caused for a misconfiguration or a wrong php version.
