As Admin I can Rotate all avatars but the user is not able to rotate the avatar on there own profile under desktop, just mobile?

How long is it supposed to take to rotate? It's been rotating for a few minutes now. Nothing has happened.

i just bought this plugin, same problem with me.. the avatar rotate icons are not showing... please help

Plugin will be updated this weekend, I will add arrows to rotate photos in there too. This feature was not advertised, it will be a plus, please take a look at the photos in the plugin store.
