I'm sure anythings possible, I'd start by looking at what you want on your site then looking at what oxwall offers in it's plugin store, I'm sure some of the plugins would work on your site with a few language changes (or without).

I feel Oxwall will not fit directly in your requirement. will surely need custom mods to get the features of a career site.
