I recently recongnized, that Google indexes Newsfeed and Profil Information Pages. I immediately want to stop this - is there any function to disable this? Most of my other content should appear in Google.

Guys, have you ever came across private newsfeed items that were indexed by google? By private newsfeed items I mean all items that have "for me, for friends only" status.
