I am having some issues with regards to the oxwall plugin " cannot install any new plugins"

Hosting company says all requirements meet/configured as per oxwall hosting requirements.

I was wondering if this has something to do with php or mysql version.
Can anyone share which version of software are they using to host their site
Mine is
Apache 2.4.29
PHP 5.6.32
mysql 5.5.58-cli
cpanel version 68.0 ( build 21 )
Nginx is configured as reverse proxy
