I need a plugin or some pointers here:
I need log-out all users and prevent them from login-in except admins some like maintenance mode but more SEO friendly.
When user tries to login or gets logged out message will pop some like "Sorry we're under maintenance now"

the system is already doing it. OXWALL sends all entries to the maintenance page. Removing logged in members from the system is enough to add a page to use splat screen. By closing the server connection for a while with a message to all users, you will be removed at the end of the system.
