After following the instructions at the Plugin Development Crash Course, I got lost at the localization part.

After pressing the Add New Text button, I would then select the plugin that I am creating at the section's drop down menu, but I can't find the name of the plug in that I created there.

I have rechecked the content of my install.php and it is the same as well as in the instruction except for the name that I have given for my plugin.
