Could that be hard to rename group to pages.I am thinking many social network retired the group title change to pages.From page they allow users/business owners/artists to create pages where fan can join to like and comment.. something similar to FB.

Nap, if you are talking just about renaming "Groups" to "Pages", you can easily do this via languages ( admin panel>>settings>>languages>> find "Groups" word>> change it to "Pages") . Let me know if you meant something else.

you can also change the link to groups instead of it being yoursite.com/groups you can make it say /pages by using this plugin http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/125
