I have this theme and I do not have any issues at all. Developer always reply and provide excellent support for only 19 dollars (it is theme price)... You cant expect premium support when you are buying item for only 19 dollars. As I see an your post in the theme forum, your issues are related to your lack of experience how to run and configure Oxwall. Theme developer is not responsible for that... And you cant force theme developer to fix your personal website issues. Especially for altitude you are showing to the developer, you are very disrespecful...
