is there any way to change the urls language? For instance I dont like to read "/forum/newtopic" because I use Oxwall for a German site..I would prefer to read there "forum/neues-thema"

Paul, this can be done via custom code modification. Or as suggested by Joseph try searching for plug in on Oxwall store.

You can go to the init.php files of the plugins. There you will see the links. There you can change the link url.

Paul, by custom code modification I mean that there isn't any setting, for example in admin panel, that you can change to achieve needed results. You need to edit php files.
