I've noticed this for a while, and looked for the issue off, and on. I thought have found the issue.
When a user roll is set to not have view permission it would throw the newsfeed to the bottom of the page, and push the right sidebar off to the right.

**Edit** I think I have it now. There was an extra closing div, and another out of place in the widget.html file. See screenshots. One is shows what is incorrect, and what to do, and the other shows what the code should look like when your done.
I looks like there is a similar issue with the component.html file in the mobile / views / components folder, but I don't use the default Oxwall mobile.
