How can I make it so they can only see feed from their friends and not from everyone on the site?

It can be done by modifying your site settings here: http://yoursite.com/admin/plugins/newsfeed/customization

@Michael - The Newsfeed settings provides 12 items that can be Ticked or UnTicked... Seen by ALL or Seen by Nobody, is that correct?
