well, can you please restore the back up and uninstall plugin again, as soon as you do that, let me know, so we could reproduce the issue with the uninstalled video uploader plugin

the site is half restored and parser error is there now

Tammy you have a bunch of third-party javascript code and plugins. Disable one by one and check if the error persists. 

i cant even login let alone disable plugins

i am try db repair see if that lets me get some where

database is repaired and full backup in and still not able login

i will try another backup if that not works il have to get hosting run full sever backup from before the error

No, I don't see this error on the survey page. Moreover it has nothing to do with the issue. There are a lot third-party javascript and I am more than sure that it breaks the javascript. 

i think whats is happening with the survey page and stuff maybe the site is still in eror format and is held in server cashe because as time goes on things are starting to work 

i am in admin now deactivate plugins now

has got me stuffed every dam plugin is deactivated and still problem  i try backup again with all plugins deactivated

No, not everything is removed, just see the source code,  a lot of third-party javascript files. 

everything i try to do  every plugin gets hung up on blanks deactivate page 

even one user i try log out gets hung up on logout blank page
