hello
I have 2 problems, both in combination with the admin-panel.
The first problem - since 2 days:
When I'm logged in to my page (www.rrjetishqip.com) as admin, then the main-page (rrjetishqip.com/index) is left completely blank, nothing happens. when I put after the url “/my-profile“ instead of "/index" then i get connected to the correct page of my profile. BUT if i hit the button for the main page, the page goes empty again.
I just have this problem as admin. Logged in as a normal user a get everything correct, there's no problem to open the main page!
The second problem - since yesterday:
I donwloaded the shoppro from oxwall store to do an update of this shop. I went to "admin" - "plugins" - "add plugin" and did the upload of the zip file from shoppro.
then i got the "plugin update request" notification (screenshot = 1st attachment). When I hit the "update" button, I got redirected to the link
"http://www.rrjetishqip.com/...%252Fkey%252Fshoppro"
that gets me to an empty page (screenshot = 2nd attachment).
Now I don't have any possibility to do anything in admin panel, no deinstallation or new installation of any plugin, even not to go to "settings" or "appearance" or any other selection of the admin panel. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING AS ADMIN! No matter which button I click, I got redirectet to
"http://www.rrjetishqip.com/...request/key/shoppro/"

I really hope you can help me to solve this problem, otherwise I'm not able to do any changes in admin panel!

with debug mode, it gives me the notice of attachment 1.
attachment 2 is the opened file in cpanel.
still don't know where is the bug!
also i can't open any update links like
http://www.rrjetishqip.com/ow_updates/?plugin=events etc... which someone told me are basic from oxwall and should work!

Can you try uninstall/deactive the shoppro plugin and try.
The file1 can be ignored as its a warning.

i already tried to delete all shoppro files in cpanel, i can't uninstall or deactivate because i can't do anything in admin panel of my website. even if all files are deleted there's still the same notification.

Deleted all files? Can you try to mark this plugin as inactive in the plugins table?

yes i deleted all files of shoppro plugin, in hope then the update message wouldn't appear anymore. but it does.
mark as inactive, you mean the plugins table on the website?? i can't do anything there, i always have this notice about the plugin, no possibility to get to the plugins either do any changes
