Did you ever receive any support? Seems like a nice plugin but after your post, I decided not to purchase it for my Skadate site.

It crashed my site. I couldn't install it. I am not prepared to try again. It was not compatible with my site.

I have 15k users and it crashed the site.. I didnt use it in the end. I think I was offered support.
