hello,

my website has been hacked.

The hacker has deleted all data, and then wrote that you can buy a backup for 1000 euro in Bitcoin

I'm the only one who had access to the site.

All passwords were strong.

Are there any known vulnerabilities that have not yet been fixed?

I only installed a few plugins from the Oxwall Store. Nothing special.

I'm now afraid this will happen to me again.

greeting

Patrick

something like this could have been caused by your mistake. PM Please contact us for further information. Please do not use attachments that you do not know and use PC password protection program. He must have used a trojan or hacking boat. Type more in the dialog box.

You might want to contact your host before you go any further. My host sets up automatic back-ups for me and can retrieve a hacked account quickly, changing passwords and helping to bring back security while you get things straightened out and figure out what happens. An old host I had was able to even find out exactly how my site was hacked a few years ago so I knew exactly where the vulnerability was and what I needed to do to correct it.

Step 1: Contact your host. Ignore the hacker and the blackmail right now.
Step 2: Listen to what your host says.
Step 3: Work with your host.
