Hello Thomas,
The plugin doesn't remove other plugins stuff, you can disactivate it and sitemap will be available again. My plugin just overrides URL `mysite.com/sitemap.xml`.
Sitemap for SEO plugin will be available with the next update (in 2-3 weeks).

No it did not appear after deactivation. I do not know what happened to it. I will just build a new one.
